Many times we hold on to the past and limiting false beliefs that were imprinted on us since childhood without realizing how much it affects our relationships and keeps us from achieving our goals and living our best lives.  My approach is holistic and heart-centered, in an intensive dive that includes inner child work to recognize the root cause, release the emotions, and reprogram false beliefs so you step into your power and radiate to who you really are, a child of God,
